Fund for Teachers plays an important part of the fabric of professional learning for K-12 teachers.

Our organization is small, but our yearly impact is the size of large, urban school district in the United States. We put money where it matters: experienced teacher development. Research has proven that experienced teachers have a greater impact on student achievement.

Our Fellows Stay in the Profession

Our teachers stay in education at higher rates than other teachers across the country.

of our 2014-2019 Fellows are still in education. 72% of these Fellows attribute the Fund for Teachers Fellowship for their decision to remain.
