Our daughter retired yesterday (May 18) from teaching at Parkston Elementary in Parkston, South Dakota fulfilling her life dream of working with small children. Last day of school was always the hardest day, saying goodbye. She always gave a hug (every day) and to each one that she loved them and she really did. It was a hard day. She probably worked a minimum of 60+ hours each week for 50 years and retiring is hard for her. She comes from a family of teachers and this was a natural choice, we are so proud of her and love what she has accomplished. Love you Patti!!
